I?m a regular customer in Weekday and buy stuff very often . Just saw the comment of the lady about the bag , not sure if is the same lady or the same day , but I remember i came in last week , standing in the queue downstairs trying to pay for a pair of trousers , meanwhile in front of me a young lady demanding to be served a carrier bag and the member of staff ask her if she made any purchase , she said no but she was so demanding ,she wanted a carrier bag so bad she was insisting a couple times complaining that another employee served her before , that was very awkward, the lady at the till explained that they serve carrier bags only with purchases , honestly i was losing my patience , just finished work , wanted to pay and go home ! Also want to say thank you to a member of staff , red blonde hair lady (didn?t ask her name ) was extremely helpful in finding me the Ken tracksuit bottoms in my size , overall i would say good service.

Store manager is so rude! It was my first visit to the store to make a purchase (I?ve visited this store before once just to look around). The store stood out to me in Regent Street. It was something new and quirky. The store?s style and branding also stood out to me (Love the colour of the Logo!). As soon as I went in, I had a question and approached a staff that was working there. It happened to be the store manager who was plain rude. She was working today 02.11.2023 around 18:50 at the time of my visit. I asked her if I can buy a bag and before I asked her where the bag section was - she cut me short and she was like ?you have to make another purchase to get a bag! ??? (I actually meant the accessories bag I can use often), then I asked her where a certain staff was because I saw him before and he was very helpful but that triggered the so-called store manager. She said ?well I am the store manager and whatever decision I take goes blah blah? (at this point she didn?t shut up. She was definitely taking her personal stress out on me. I said nothing and just wanted to get out of that place. Such a shame that.) No customer deserves a poor service like that. God knows what I did. She definitely has no skills to serve customers. Why is she the store manager? No idea. Love the shop but will never go in because of her. Unfortunately the visit is not worth another cold exchange.

I love the clothes but staff is weak. They?re so lazy I don?t even know what is their purpose in that store? Just install self checkout at this point

The sales down stairs is rude. He tried to ?educate? customers even after we explained the situations. My friend wanted to hang me a shorts which I already tried but bigger. They closed the fitting room 30 mins early than the store close time. She asked him to tell me the close time, but he ignored. That?s why my friend come directly too me. After I apologized and explained, he didn?t stop his words. Keep telling my friend what is different between ?tell? and ?hand in?. Are you an English teacher? Is it because we look not local? The black guy downstairs should be a teacher. Of course, there?s no chance for him in the rest of life.

I just want to shout out to the staff member Swma. She was so helpful. Went out of her way to find me a few sizes. Gave recommendations of other styles snd options. Very rare these days to get someone so helpful. Even though prices were cheaper on the website than in store (doesn?t make sense)
