That's the second bathroom we're renovating with WC ONE, and the results are again fantastic.Renovation is always a stress: will everything be delivered on time? Both times, everything was delivered well and intact.Liam also gave us some great advice on what to pick, staying withing the budget. All in all, highly recommended.

We had a great experience with WC One and the refitting of an en-suite bathroom. The design was a collaborative process with a good selection of quality products to choose from. The fitting went very smoothly and the fitters were polite, on time and left everything neat and tidy at the end of the day.

We have worked twice with WC One and can?t recommend end to end experience of working with Liam and his installation teams highly enough. Our first experience was in 2008 when we replaced 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom and were delighted with the results, when we sold the house in 2022 the bathrooms still looked as good as they had done on initial installation by Slav and Dave, the quality of the furniture and tiles is supreme. This made our decision to work with WC One to install 3 bathrooms 2 cloakrooms and a new kitchen floor in our new house in 2022 really easy. Again the premium standard of the furniture tiling and accessories and the quality of the installation by Slav and his team was again exemplary. Don?t hesitate it?s a No Regret decision.

Liam @ WC one was professional and super helpful in helping us design our dream bathroom. Liam took the time to listen to what we wanted and tweaked the design until it was perfect. We keep thinking we are showering in a boutique hotel :)

Don't waste your time. I went in with my partner to speak to Liam about a new kitchen. We went over our ideas and what we wanted in the new kitchen. It was 2 weeks before I recieved the design, and even then it wasn't what we had asked for and many items were missing. The quote was a ludicrous £25,000 for our tiny 5m x 3m kitchen and the design was nothing spectacular. I exchanged an email with Liam about the design, waiting another 4 or so days for a reply, and then when I queried the price I was met with radio silence. That was 2 months ago and I've heard nothing since.

We had our en suite bathroom completely gutted and refitted and are extremely pleased with the whole process and the results. We went through a number of iterations on the design with Liam until we were happy with our choices and the final price. Liam was very helpful and responsive throughout the process as we tweaked the design. When it came to the installation stage, Ricky and his team were meticulous at every step, involving us when decisions were needed and ensuring the standards of product and fitting were high with quality control at every step. Ricky and his team were friendly and engaged well with us throughout the process, keeping disruption to a minimum.We have gone from having a cold and uninspiring bathroom to warmth and luxury. We would definitely recommend WC ONE.

My experience with Liam and Alex at WC One has been great! They helped me optimizing my design and followed every step of the design development in a very proactive way.They also helped me improving on the delivery dates from some manufacturers.My overall experience has been way above average and I am very happy recommending them.I will soon purchase my second bathroom sanitaryware from them.

We had our family bathroom refitted and it was a low stress experience and a very good finish. I valued Liam?s design ideas and he incorporated my asks well. The fitting team were polite, tidy, and wanted to get a good finish and their supervisor ensured the couple of unforeseen issues that came up were quickly resolved.

Decided to use WC One bathrooms after being recommended and they did not disappoint. Experienced, professional and friendly service from Liam and team in Blackheath. Made designing and purchasing all bathroom items very easy for our new home. Would definitely use again!

We had a great experience with WC One Blackheath. Liam listened to all our requests and designed us a really great en-suite bathroom. Delivery also ran very smooth and any small issues with items were resolved very quickly. Will definitely be back when we do the next bathroom!

Having recently used the services of WC ONE Blackheath, to have a new bathroom fitted, we are very pleased with the results.Liam was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of deciding the layout of the bathroom and selecting all the products. WC ONE Blackheath has been great. I have just had 2 new bathrooms fitted by these guys. From start to finish the operation was smooth, from the initial design to the finished bathrooms. Liam is great - patient, understanding and efficient. He has always been prompt at replying to emails and answering any questions, as well as offering advice if and when I requested it. The fitters were fantastic and the quality of work is outstanding. Every day, they turned up at the same time (virtually to the same minute every morning), so they are completely reliable. These guys pay real attention to detail and the finished result is simply stunning. Thankfully, WC ONE only stocks high quality products, which is why I sourced them to do the works and because the reviews seemed to be very good. I was not disappointed and I would not hesitate to recommend WC One Blackheath.

Great products and excellent customer service. Liam has designed our bathroom and helped to choose products to fit our budget. We were always kept up to date on the status of our order. Support was provided during installation and any queries were resolved promptly. Would highly recommend. Bathroom looks amazing and multiple compliments were received.
