What a delight wonerfull centre excellent design..clean good changing and facilties with pool side sauna..without doubt on of the top five pools of the 65 pools i have visited this winter...

I have been a member at Wavelengths for around two years now but am increasingly frustrated at their offering and overall experience at the gym.Around a year ago, I arrived at the gym at opening time (6.30am) to find that a staff member had not turned up for their shift meaning the centre wasn't able to be opened. Working in partnership with Lewisham Council, our 50 station gym also contains two fitness studios, plus a third studio on the first floor. Our 25m fitness pool is available for fitness swimming and family swimming throughout the week. We offer a huge range of fitness classes from Group Cycle to Zumba. Our first-floor soft play offers a great space for our younger customers to have fun and burn some energy.
