We saw our waiter ONE time. We had to keep going to the bar to get any kind of service. The drinks were sugary and not good. I got fish and chips. The fish wasn't seasoned and very greasy. I will definitely not be back mostly due to the lack of service. What really did it in for me, is that another couple sat next to us and saw their waiter THREE times within 10min. After ours took our drink order, we never saw him again. It was a terrible dining experience and no one seemed to care. I paid a lot of money to drink 1/4 of my 2 drinks (they brought us 2 cause happy hour was buy one get one) and I ate maybe 1/4 of the fish. My partner got the sea bass and said it was good. Zero service = no return customer.

Food is overpriced and not the best. Calamari was alright, aranci was no good . Great location though

This truly is a lovely restaurant. The waiters are very caring and attentive. I need gluten free because I am celiac and they work with the chef to let you know what you can eat. The food tastes amazing. I have eaten here 2 nights in a row cos it was so good. My husband is carnivore so we struggle to find a good place lace. This is awesome.

Great lunch before watching the cricket at the Oval. Surprising at the lack of places open for lunch that are not pubs! Anyway this has a great venue by the Thames. Large inside and outside areas. Food was great and no complaints at all! 15 min walk to The Oval!

Mine and my wife?s first time here. It didn?t disappoint. Location is great. Views lovely. Service exceptional. Food really good. But. When paying the bill I asked if the service charge was added, which it was but was informed that the owner (He was eating there with his family at the time) keeps it!? I?m not one to pass judgement but I?m hoping the staff get bonuses if they?re not getting the tips as they were great.

Service was abysmal. Happy hour was explained as buy one get one free, so we both ordered a drink, and we were served two drinks each. You don?t get two separate drinks, just two of one drink. We left the two extra drinks because we didn?t want two, and they weren?t good enough to want to drink. The skin was left on the fish and chips, not typical or my favorite. The Sol looked like someone threw up on it. The music and other guests were so loud we could not hear each other or our server. Asked our server three times for water and then had to ask someone else walking by. Our server dropped the ketchup/mayo and then cleaned it up with our napkins, leaving a film of ketchup that got on the sleeve of my sweater, and she never replaced the silverware or napkins. We had to steal some from another table. Halfway through the meal I asked for ketchup and she replied, oh yeah, I spilled it and never replaced it. Un-hun!
Ultimately, food was ok. Drinks were not good and over priced. Service was just bad. Atmosphere looked cool, but was so loud it ruined the experience. Definitely don?t recommend.

The bartender Emmanuel was a great host. Although we were quite confused as to why the bartender was the one to seat us and take our order, we very much appreciated his service and care for us. The service everywhere else seemed a bit inconsistent. For example, a couple who were seated way before us had to shout across the dining area to a waiter for menus in which we had to do the same afterwards.
Food was pretty mediocre but can?t complain. Drinks were mixed pretty well too.
Overall, it wasn?t what we expected but Emmanuel definitely saved the day for us!

Poor shisha - got burnt too quickly coz they do not put foil - even fakher apple lasted 30mins - and they charge a whopping £39! Awful shisha - go edgeware road for £20 and long lasting shisha
