Puts people in difficulty with shop being open and closed whenever attendant likes.And not according to the times they have posted.Carrying clothes the whole way only to find it closed is irritating to say the least.

The 50p machines have ?out of order? stickers on them, but they work perfectly well!! The owner reserves them for herself and her friends, clearly scamming people and making us pay ridiculous amounts for sub-par service. She made my daughter cry by yelling at her because she wanted to use the 50p machine (my daughter noticed the machines were working). If I could give 0 stars, I would, because the place is dirty and every time you ask for customer support the owner acts like she doesn?t want to be there.

The lady who owns this place is extremely rude. The dryers are old and you need at least two pounds to dry a wash. Avoid if you can.

Unmotivated and unfriendly. The Woman was really not interested in new customers. We left without washing our stuff.

I have been going here for years and years - maybe 15 - on & off (when my machine at home broke or whatever) and have always had good service. There have been two or three different ladies working here over the years but I?ve never had a problem with any of them. The current lady is lovely, helpful and smiley.

Our washing machine at home broke down mid wash, so had to find somewhere quickly to wash a load of clothes before we went away. Wash and Dry stayed open for an extra 10 minutes after their closing time so we could finish the cycle.Honestly, looking at the reviews beforehand concerned me a bit, but my personal experience was great and, though I wouldn?t normally review a laundry place, felt like I needed to leave a review to reflect that.

Never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. The women is extremely rude. I was waiting outside the shop for a bit. It says it opens at 8 but she strolled in at 9:05. To make matters worse she glared at me and asked what I was doing there. When I told her if it opens at 9 she should change the online times she started complaining saying ITS MY FAULT and it's always been 9. I only needed to dry my clothes but she said I wouldn't be able to use the dryer unless I wash my already clean clothes in her machine. I just walked out.My mum has been going to the shop for a while and the women has been extremely disrespectful to her every single time. I am choosing to dry my duvet in the rain over using her machine. Our washing machine has broken several times and whenever it happens again, I will hand wash my clothes over using this disgusting service again.I will never use that service ever again. I see this is a common trend with her and soon that launderette will close unless she changes her attitude.

Very rude Owner. Disgusting attitude. Clearly has no sense of Customer satisfaction as I can see from the other reviews that other people are having the same experience. This place needs to be shut down. Waste of space.

The lady in wash and dry laundry is extremely rude and racist .She refuse to let me wash my clothes or dry it , she told me to come back the next day for it and when I went the place was close,she lie to me as she will be open between 8 and 2 o'clock .That place need a new owner that it is not racist.

I wanted to use medium wash but was force to use the larger wash by the woman that works there, which cost £5.50. Even though my washing was less than half when loaded. Only made my trip there because my washing machines was broken.
