Arrived at the Pharmacy for a Covid Jab yesterday. The room where this took place was filthy-the Medic was scruffy -unshaven and belligerent!His Station was untidy and looked unhygienic.Last night I had a rushing headache and this morning stomach problems.I will referring my experience to the NHS -far below the standards set !

Very poor customer services with rude and poorly informed staff. I always aim to go with independent local stores rather than going with the chain pharmacies. Not any more. I was told conflicting information over the phone to what I was told in store, wasting my time going into the store after taking time off work to do so. Staff training needed so that all staff that are counter faced do know the correct information to tell customers, especially when people are asking about health issues and services.

I don?t know why the service has changed here, but the last couple of times of getting the pvt prescription it has been difficult and after this present one I needed, after two days I still not have received it and was told it was with an online service which I discovered it was not. As this has happened a couple of times, and it has being a bit chaotic I will not be using their service anymore, it?s a shame as they were good

There?s one thing being a professional in something and another in failing how to communicate. Having just Spoken to a lady on the phone who is mumbling and then puts the phone down on me twice. Are you not at work to help the patients or in a rush to go somewhere. Honestly, fix up on your communication skills. Shambolic

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies - ever!!! Not only are the staff unfriendly, unhelpful and unashamedly so, but they are pretty negligible and uncaring about their elderly patients, I find such non empathy in a profession as theirs is unacceptable it beggars belief.

The pharmacy has a very fine reputation in the local area for courtesy and kindness, I remember when my husband was seriously ill and it was clear from my medicine collection that it was indeed serious, just how much difference it made to be on the receiving end of consideration and compassion and I would call it going the extra mile in offering excellent service. Five stars for sure.

Went in with my husband for the covid vaccine, had it but his record can't be found anywhere on his NHS app. Only got to find out when he needed it for traveling but the staff there were not helpful at all, which is very frustrating. Had to pay for a covid test which delayed our trip.
