They need to make clear the christmas opening times on google. Went in today and a paper stuck on the window stating post office closed today when online it merely states opening times may vary!

The lady and old man completely at not right place. Sent few parcels and always had problems there. They can confuse parcels, ordinary with special delivery. Instead of apologies they say: you had to insure your parcel.soo bad service.

Worse experience ever, I had in that post office. The lady at the post office doesn't have manners of speaking. So rude and bad customer service. I am extremely disappointed with her service and she made my day depressive. She needs to learn some ethics and customer service. Hope she would realise her tone of speaking and her face expression that give customers pain.

The lady of an Indian heritage behind the counter with lots of make up can?t speak English and refused to take a parcel which had a Royal Mail paid for return label on it, she said it was ?too large? and that I should do it as a collection from home, a report and complaint has been sent to Royal Mail, another local post office accepted it without a question. Jobsworth in this post office which needs training.

Really good post office, the staff are lovely people and all amazing however I?m rating 3 starts because on my last few visits the system has been supposedly down. For a post office hot to have internet connection is not great.

Started coming to this post office as the Church Road one is never open and service is very sluggish. This one is a lot better and they seem like they have a lot of nice stuff in the shop. Staff are friendly too.
