Please sort out the homeless/louts who hang outside the store in the evenings and harass customers. Call the police or something. It feels very unsafe and dangerous when they shout and lunge at you. A supermarket of Waitrose's standing should not just give into squalor.

I ordered on Deliveroo and after waiting for over an hour and a half they cancelled my order. Now it is too late to buy groceries from anywhere else on Deliveroo as everything is closed. They should have never accepted an order they couldn't honour.
