The availability of produce and state of the shop is appalling. We?ve been shopping here since the store opened and it?s degraded significantly. Young staff chatting, trolleys with produce for shelving blocking aisles while shelves are half empty, really messy and grubby inside and out, terrible quality fruit and vegetables. So depressing .. we love really close by and would love this shop to be better

Been here a few times and never had anything major to complain about. It's a good store for lunch deals. Here's hoping that the Kelly Loves... products get included in future meal deals.

As a working class white male I obviously have the wrong look about me. Having a security guard jump out at you and accuse you of theft in public is obviously what the Waitrose experience is all about. But it's ok, apparently it is the security guards job to wrongly accuse and publicly humiliate people. Don't worry Waitrose, I get the message and I'll spend my money in Tesco's in stead. Disgraceful
