Don?t think this is like ANY OTHER Wagamamas you?ve been to. This is the worst one. Do not waste your time here?unless you want to wait over an hour and still not get your food, and the way the restaurant ?handled? it was to help you cancel the order.

It was one of those moments where I?d had a long day.
The food came up and it was lukewarm. I should have sent it back but I couldn?t be bothered. I should have.
The service was good, and the inside was nicely done.
You don?t expect cold food in a Wagamama. Shame.

Took 20mins for a roti to come out + 40mins for a simple katsu dish, staff and kitchen are slow. Prices have also shot up

Absolutely disappointing experience today.
I had one of the worst experiences at this Wagamama. I walked in around 2:30 PM, placed my order, and the staff member wrote down my table number. The place was pretty empty?not many customers around?so I expected things to be quick and smooth.
But I ended up sitting there waiting... and waiting. At 3:15 PM?45 minutes later?a different waitress finally came over and asked if I had even ordered. That?s when I realized my order had been completely forgotten.
No one checked on me, no updates, no food?just silence. In an almost empty restaurant, that?s honestly baffling. I was left hungry, frustrated, and feeling completely ignored.
I told them to cancel the order and walked out. I didn?t make a fuss, but I shouldn?t have had to go through that in the first place.
Really disappointed. I came in for a simple meal and left feeling invisible. Not sure I?ll be back.
