Excellent service all around, every time I?m in the area and I need plumbing or boiler parts they always had the parts in stock. This morning I popped around with the 30°C heat, bought some Vaillant flue parts and before walking out I was gifted a cold bottle of water, it was much appreciated considering the heatwave and it shows how much they care for their customers, if the 6th star was an option that?s what they deserve.

I had a great experience with this Plumbing company and would happily use their services again. From the first point of contact, communication was clear and professional. They were quick to respond and arranged a convenient time without any hassle.
When they arrived, they diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the solution before starting the work. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
What stood out the most was their honesty and attention to detail ? they didn?t try to upsell anything unnecessary and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Overall, a very reliable and trustworthy company that I?d definitely recommend.
