A fantastic vue!! The vue is in westfield on the third floor. We watched the creator in a very small area but very comfortable and the sound quality was lovely. Would definitely go again

Upon my visiting the VUE Westfields shopping centre Shephards bush, unfortunately I have reason to once again complain about hygiene and cleanliness. The date of visiting 29 October 2023 at 8.55pm the creator movie in the scene 1 auditorium.Ticket number 12559261/001I paid £17.99 for a ticket to watch a movie and my seat and the seat next to me and the table was dirty. Popcorns was left in my seat and the seat next to me was left with drink sticky drink spilled into the chair, the arm rest was dirty and the table also. I had to go to the front desk and ask for this to be cleaned, I spoke to the manager and he had one of the colleagues come to clean but the collegue looked like, what I was complaining about was not applicable. He looked lost and bewildered.Even upon walking up the stain along the aisle I could see pop corns thrown on the floor, so what kind of cleaning are the staff doing in-between movies. The cleaning standards needs to be raised and the young boy that came to clean after my complaint needs training on what cleanliness and hygiene is!He came with a brush to sweep the floor and clearly never listened to what the manager told him, another colleague who was behind the bar had to follow him with the tissue paper and spray to wipe down the tables and chair, which was very kind of her to do so being as this was not her job.Drink rims from previous screenings, popcorns left on the chair and spilt drinks rubbed into leather seats is not clean. I wear my good good clothes to be expected to sit in the chair is not acceptable ,I am not even mentioning covid.I was told that there is only 10mins in-between each movie for cleaning.I do not mean to be rude, I am just a customer coming to watch a movie, it is not up to me to inform the manager that he needs more staff to clean or that they need more time in-between movies to ensure that the next customer would not have reason to complain about poor cleaning standards. The seating I had, I did not see a reclining chair either, which Is advertised on your video on YouTube upon visiting the scene? In the foyer of the cinemas the screens were showing films which are up and coming, I saw that you advertised THE PRINCE OF EGYPT, but I cannot see this on your website, when is this being shown ? I tried to look and book for this but this is no-where to be seen. And if this film is not going to be shown why are you advertising this as up and coming!Upon calling you customer services they who told me to send an email as they cannot help 5days later I am still waiting for a response! And finally I think the scene at the VUE is a great idea if these adjustments are made(cleaning) it would be even better that individuals are aware that the experience should be higher than the regular viewing rooms a the cinema, not to say that the other rooms should not be cleaned but even more care should be taken if this is a service you are offering.Lastly, upon buying my ticket for the scene viewing I was not made aware that there is a bar area to sit in and buy drinks I was not made aware of the little extras that you provide when purchasing this ticket and it would of been nice to be informed that the seating area is there should I wish to go to the bar and buy drinks which I would of liked to of been made aware.Vue was my first choice for cinemas I think you have made me change your mind!

Pretty fun experience, there are 30 minutes of advertisements and trailers so you may enter after that time ? other than that they had a lot of snacks options. Book your tickets im advance

Just watched Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part 1. Not disappointed seats very comfortable spacious ?leg room. Can?t wait for Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part 2.Very clean, not too busy, & ideally best time to watch any films is when the school term is on. Last thing you want, is people or kids misbehaving, chatting during a film.Tickets can be bought online or by the counter with your popcorn, nachos with cheese & salsa dip. So scrumptious yummy ? ??Ideally you can buy your tickets before or after the screening & head over to Nando?s & the vast restaurants / cafes around Westfield?.. lost count how many there areTo be continued??..???

Typical large multiscreen cinema. Screen, seats, toilets etc all good. What let it down was no staff behind both drink and snack stands and 2 staff members at the ticket check just chatting and ignoring me. Good thing I had some drink with me!Basically good, but staff need to be more on the ball.

Absolutely manic and to be honest its a rip off for what it is. We had to que for over 20 mins to be told the drink machine wasn't working for the flavour we wanted and ended up having to buy a drink from the guy by the toilets for cash which was warm and was charged almost 15 pounds for the pleasure. The cinema itself was alright. Seats was comfy but would only go again if tickets are 3 pounds.

Excellent venue and reasonably priced tickets as with all Vue cinemas. This has the added bonus of being right in the middle of Westfield shopping centre so you can combine watching a movie with your shopping, eating, browsing, etc etc.

The venue is good. It is on the top floor of the shopping center. The only complaint is the fountain drink dispenser. There was a huge line leading to only two dispensers. Tip: if you are short on time, just grab a bottled drink from the fridge. Or even better, from the various vending machines near the theaters.

Went to see the Little Mermaid. The sound mixing was terrible, we could barely hear the actors speaking. It was so quiet that we could hear the rain falling on the ceiling (showing was in room 19 at the top of the Westfield). Will not visit again.

This cinema is mega small considering the capacity of people in the foyer which was overcrowded and so noisy, don't go here if you have sensory sensitivity. ? And whilst the food and beverages are a lot the prices are simply extortionate and ridiculous!! If you want snacks and food inside the cinema, I recommend you buy from outside to source cheaper?. The cashier serving was so not present only interested in making eyes and chatting with some dude she was clearly on the chirps with, and so not attentive when servicing messing up not only my order, but my daughters as well!!! ?Thank god the supervisor was available to correct the error, as she gave and charged me for water, which I did not ask for!! If she had been paying attention, the service would have been better one hopes. Going into the auditorium, the staff were polite and welcoming. Now the auditorium is big and the seats are steeped so the person in front doesn't stop you seeing the screen if you're small, but honestly yesterday the seats where we sat were dirty!!! The auditorium was flipping freezing!? And the seat width was not the best as it was a bit small and not room for movement and the cushion of the seat was very uncomfortable and hard!! A horrible experience all round, will not be going back. Do not recommend it at all.

Difficult one this time. Film was 5 star - Oppenheimer. But cinema 3 was terrible. Firstly they say come for big screen experience. But it was more of a fridge experience it was so cold, it started off ok but got colder and colder it was like a fridge. And the second issue was the sound system. The base was so loud that my ear hurt at the end of the film. Why do sound effects need to be so much louder than dialogue volume? Think its better to watch at home.

I saw Barbie here on release day and despite the cinema being very busy with Barbie's and Ken's of all ages the staff were super friendly and helpful. The cinema has a large open space layout filled with the cinema concession around the sides consisting of Ben and Jerry's, Pic and Mix, M&Ms Station and the the cinema tills to grab popcorn, drinks and snacks from. They also have multiple self service points for those who pre-ordered tickets. For the release of Barbie they had a life-size Barbie box where you could take your pics to remember the special day ???On entering the screens the gentleman was super friendly - we had a nice Hi Barbie, Hi Ken exchange on the way in which was super nice ?.
