Absolutely vile!!
From the first contact with a salesperson (Rania) at 10 Fenchurch St London. Who lied about the dongle and gave completely wrong information.
Then when i tried to close my account went through tens of chats to resolve it but every agent said they will resolve it and not one did.
WORST PART:
I've asked the last agent is there or will be ANY balance to pay to close the account and they said no and that i will get a refund (have all chat transcripts) instead.. few weeks later I get a letter from a DEBT COLLECTOR for an outstanding balance!!
It damaged my credit score very badly despite asking multiple times to close my account and be informed the total closing balance and been informed I paid it all.
