If I could only give it a 0. I was served by Tamim. He shouldn?t have sold the sim card to me without telling me the details of sim card ownership transfer and number change. Now I?m going to be charged for 2 accounts!
Please train your staff. They barely seem to know anything. If he didn?t know what to do he should have asked his manager there.

The service was amazing. The person helping me answered my questions clearly and carefully. It was clear that he wanted to help me with buying me a SIM card. It?s not in the most convenient area and it?s the smallest vodaphone store I?ve seen but they?ve got excellent service. I bought a SIM card in less then 20 minutes

Tried to cancel my contract twice and each time they told me the disconnection had been made which was not true.

The staff he will carry my old number onto my new plan, he didn?t do that. I?ve ended up with a new phone number.
Secondly, he also said he would terminate the contract of the first number. He didn?t do this as well.
Absolute scum. Just want to sell to you regardless of the inconvenience it may cause you, and will ignore providing the service necessary.
Avoid at all costs.

I have been Vodafone customer for 15 year. Their customer service is really gone done and the staff super disengaged and transaction. Cant rely on their advise.

Very helpful people in the store. Shame that it's such a small location. As you couldn't fit many people in, and the qeus were building up fast. Even when there was other vodaphone locations close by. But I was seen to fairly quickly.
