The guy name Becks very rude he was sending the customers that came after us before and than when I asked him he replies me that don't come ask every 5 min ( when I didn't)& he say I know everything and he was completely unprofessional. I know there is a pressure but when being in customer service you need to be patient and not loose. This is the first time when I had this worst experience in this store. People like him can make loose the brand image and the efficiency of the company.

I was scammed at the Vodafone shop in Stratford. I bought a phone, and they gave me a tablet. The tablet was free, but they added a second number to my account. I paid £14.99 for over three years for a number I never received, activated, or used.

One of the customer service lied about the offer. They told me if i take the package of 20£ for 80 gb in 2 year contract i will able to get a new phone on contract after 3 months.. and the package price will reduce to 13-14£ .. now that i want a new phone they told me with that phone i have to take 30£ airtime plan..150gb.. basically double the charge .. this is rubbish.. another women complain the same about Vodafone..

Staff members behaviour very bad. Specially some indian guy work there they're behaviour and service disappointed me. Need people who respect customer and provide good service.

I went for a broadband update in the Vodafone shop. I spoke to a customer service person named Ms Ruchi and got enough experience with her detailed offer. I got good service which I appreciate. Thank you very much and this branch is very nice and clean. Fantastic to see every staff helpful. I liked it a lot.???????

I have to say overall the customer service was so poor.The guy who greeted us was friendly and took us to one of the desks.The moment we sat down the employee looked annoyed. We explained what we wanted and showed a competitors black friday deal - we were greeted with "its not black friday" - when literally every other store had sales on. We were treated like idiots.Then after that we explained what we were after and there was no effort to get to a deal, we will be taking business elsewhere

The absolute worst customer experience I could have ever had. I?m traumatised with how customer service sent me to the store and the store back to customer service for 2.5 months?It?s not like the connectivity of Vodafone is great by any large margin to warrant such poor after sales care. I was nearly brought to tears on one of my calls, I was so frustrated?If any Vodafone person is reading this look at my case reference ending ****2233..hopefully there should only be one spanning 2.5 months.. Outside of apologising profusely everytime, there has been no resolution for 2.5 months of back and forth with me. They never update their ?notes? to the point where I have been driven to ask for all my calls and notes information just in case I need to take this up legally. They finally threw money at the problem and since I?m tied in with a contract, I?ve no choice but accept it.. not as compensation for the trouble they caused me but what I?m originally owed anyway?I?m now in the Stratford store and waiting for 60 minutes so they can update ?notes? (smh) and return my phone? I can see customer sales people walking about but they?re apparently all busy? I?m so upset my hands are shaking? I?ve been driven to leave this review. As a policy I avoid leaving reviews unless they are good as I understand these are human beings doing the best they can? however in my case with Vodafone- appalling enough for me to break with my own policy? after my contract ends, I?m going back to 3? not the greatest coverage but I?ve not been driven to popping antacids by them any time.

Extremely poor service!Despite having significant amount of staff. Service is poor. The staff takes breaks for 20-30 mins with no replacement. The receptionist has no idea how much time it is going to take. Rude management.Regret buying the service

Today I have come to the store, there was a big queue, I respectfully waited till me turn, just wanted to put my name on the list, and speak with customer service. People Tariq and another his colleague, was extremely rude, and giving attitude instead of attention. I explained the situation to them, there were speaking with each other, and after I finished to explain what I wanted, carelessly they asked me to repeat what I said again!! Non acceptable customer service!!!!!!

Vodafone's customer service is abysmal. The majority of their employees are woefully uninformed about Vodafone's plans and customer needs. They are more concerned with completing their shifts than with actually listening to and addressing customer concerns. They often make uninformed decisions without fully understanding the situation. It is clear that these employees are not motivated to solve problems; their primary concern is simply receiving their paycheck. poor customer service from Vodafone. Main think is nobody don't know very much about Vodafone plans and customer needs. They want to attend customer with their shift. Not listening what ther are telling. simply they are doing with out knowing anything. The guys are not solving the problem they are working for with only one mind getting their salary.

In this store there is one employee who is riaz, making the customer fool by giving the device as low prize to the actual prize and providing the sim call it free of cost, and all the actual money deducted on the payment day. and we will not doing anything

The customer service was terrible. The staff seemed to be pissed for no reason. They we?re getting irritated on every queries we were making . The guy named suraj was dealing with out issue and did a terrible job. We went there for a sim replacement for a robbed device he just casually handed us the sim when we asked if he had a pin to open sim port he said they don?t have it. How come a telecom outlet doesn?t have it. And after we manged to insert the sim we were trying to check if we can make calls and use internet from the number. But it was saying restricted so went to the girl with curly hair who was standing at the reception and asked her since we made the sim blocked is there any unblocking they need to do from their end the girl just said you just got the sim now how can you expect it to work right now it will take upto 24 hrs. How are we supposed to know that! They didn?t even inform us and the way girl responded to us was pretty rude!!!!!Your Network is already not that good and now you have a terrible customer service. Brava!

Worst customer service ever, denied to get my replacement sim even though I have my ID and number is under my name, had to go through online customer service twice since they didn?t help at the store to get it back. I?m moving my number to another company.All the personnel there lack service attitude.
