My experience with this pharmacy has been very unsatisfactory. Due to running out of my medication and urgent situation, I asked Dr Haleh Hashemi if I could get my medication, which was very essential. She sent me a message on August 14 asking for a photo of my prescription. I sent her the photo and she has not responded yet! (Not even a negative answer!)In spite of my repeated calls, messages and follow-ups, she did not reply! It was really embarrassing!After a week of waiting and no response from Dr Hashemi, my GP solved the problem as quickly as possible with respect and good treatment.

They were very polite and they posted my Medicen. They understood my needs. They reacted quickly and safely. They continued delivering the outstanding service until my Doctor shared Care with my GP.I will recommend That Doctors and clients to continue with Vista Pharmacy Maida Vale services. I went to the pharmacy for a test to fly. The owner was very kind to accept us, because it was on a Sunday, where most clinics as well as his own are closed.

I cannot stress this enough. The staff at Vista Pharmacy go above and beyond what is expected. They are efficient, make sure I get my medication on time and caring. When I was unable to collect my perscription due to a loss in the family they made sure I could collect on a day they were closed.
