Fantastic service all round, if you are like me, struggle to find the right frame to suit your face, they?ll take time to understand what it is you are looking for, and give you a great choice of good for value frames to choose from, so much so I ended buying 2 pairs, with the right type of lenses and it came within a week! I've been going there for nearly 5 yrs now and I can say that they're ot only now my optician but also my friends :) . Excellent service, staff is beyond nice and helpful, they have a solution for everything! I highly recommend them.

I was a customer for over 10 years,quite happily. However,a week ago I asked for a copy of my Optical prescription but was informed by the optician that it was quote "His legal right to withhold this from me,the patient". Since then I have been informed that the exact opposite applies and that he is actually LEGALLY OBLIGATED to give this information to ANY patient who requests it. This is set out by the Optical Act 1989. So if you are a client be aware that if you try to get your optical prescription from this optician,he will withhold it which is completely ILLEGAL.He does not have the right to dictate where anyone buys their glasses.Regarding the response of the business,I have since proven to the owner that I AM the customer.This confusion arose simply due to my using my name in the Irish languange. Following an eye test you should always be given a copy of your prescription. At this optician,make sure that you ALWAYS request a copy as this is your LEGAL RIGHT.

I was really taken back by the experience I received in vision eye opticians.The manager Mr Zuhair Merali instantly with his warm personality built a relationship with me. Understood my needs and delivered in style. Not only did he get the frame I want. He got it 2 weeks earlier then expected. He also managed to get the tint on glass I wanted when I am facing the outside and all in my budget delivered to me with love and affection of what he does. Highly highly recommended

Vision eyes is the perfect place to go if you want fashionable eyewear with great customer service! My entire family has been customers there for years and there's always a family vibe whenever we go in. They're very accommodating and they will go above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face and a great pair of glasses. Hands down the best opticians in the Cricklewood area!

I'm not really the type of person to write a review, but you need to give a credit when it is due, I have been taken care by experts when I really needed to have my vision checked when i knew something was wrong, I have been well looked after got my prescription and have the right glasses for my vision, the man at the reception was very nice a welcoming the atmosphere was relaxed and bubblely. Now I've found my local opticians. I would recommend anyone to come here even if your from the unknown,Kev
