The Vision Express staff were very polite and helpful. I didn?t have to wait long for the eye test which was very comprehensively done by the optician. My old classes had a nose pad replaced and an arm straightened for free so I went away happy!

This was my first time with Vision Express, and the team were lovely!! Visheena was the optician who was so diligent and found I had some liquid in the back of my eye within my test, which Moorfields took a few visits to found, I sent her the records from Moorfields and both will monitor this.
Aika the Store Manager, was so friendly and helpful, she did all the essential tests before my actualy eye exam, and then helped me choose my glasses, which were ready within a week!!!!! On my return Aika helped me try on my glasses to make sure they were to my satisfaction.
I was so impressed with the quality of the glasses, as they fitted like a glove, down to the fact they actually measure your face which my previous opticians didnt do.
I will stay with Vision Express in future, as the service was utterly wonderful in every aspect.
Highly recomended!!!

Terrible customer service - needed urgent support with a lost contact lens and the advisor I spoke to couldn?t have been more unhelpful. Decided to stand chatting to her colleague behind another customer instead of coming over so I can share my concerns with her, despite phoning ahead to ask for help and book a £35 slot. Most unhelpful and wouldn?t recommend.
