So I don?t really like making reviews but I thought this would be worth it as I have never come across someone that doesn?t put the member first. I?ve been going virgin since I was 17 I am 30. And today Callum let me know I couldn?t have an extra towel.
This has never happened before and I thought the fact I pay £120 a month for this small gym I am entitled to a towel.
The day prior a lovely lady gave me two it?s a Thursday everyone in bank is
Gonna be out drinking (trust me I know) you can spare an extra towel.
Callum, do better the towels are coming out your 25k a year.

The two male staff with glasses, and Ash~ working at working at 12 o?clock didn?t seem very enthusiastic. They looked sleepy or like they couldn?t be bothered, and it left me feeling a bit off.

Can?t really complain. Nice gym all round. Nice staff, nice members, and Isaac does a great job ??.
They have just asked to bump up my membership fee significantly so might explore other options before that happens but for now all good.

An amazing gym with some really great PT?s! My PT (Natalia) is the main reason why I had moved over from my previous club to Bank. Natalia invests in a lot of time with her clients by really challenging them to achieve their best, really motivational and encouraging. She teaches you exercises and the reasoning as to why they will help with strength and conditioning, illustrating where each muscle is being targeted per exercise which shows a vast amount of knowledge Natalia has.
Whilst other members of staff at the club are friendly, Natalia goes that extra mile to make you feel incredibly welcome and really goes out of her way to build a rapport with myself as one of her PT clients. Thank you Natalia!

I went as a guest with my husband membership, the place is clean and quiet, the staff are nice, sometimes it is crowded like in the afternoon and after work, where most of the customers are city employees in the area, I liked the place and I might come back with my husband as a guest, I think the monthly membership is too expensive for some of us

The sauna stinks and today there was no water in the showers. There was no warning or no signs anywhere.
I also had classes with no AC.
Staff is very nice though, unfortunately nothing they can do as management is just very bad.

Very dissapointed by the limited number of classes available, primarily Pilates. There are only a few cycle classes - 2 on a Tuesday and 1 on a Wednesday? None after work either. For the cost of the membership here, I?d expect more

Great Gym!
The facilities are fine and the equipment is nice and clean. Best of all is the staff, they are nice and polite, and very helpful.
The lady who is in charge of the ladies' room, is fantastic, she keeps it all nice and clean! Well done :)

No place where to train in this gym... Lifting weights is basically impossible. Very very disappointed

I?ve visited a few branches of Virgin Active and the one in Bank is definitely my favourite one and that?s partly because of the lovely receptionist Danielle. She is genuinely kind, always helpful and fast when I need something. Very professional, sweet and friendly.
