Saw a couple having sex in the jacuzzi. Told the lifeguard. He clearly didn?t have the training or experience to deal with the situation. He looked terrified. So I asked for a manager at reception. Aside from being inappropriate it?s in hugely unhygienic! Was then told they would ?speak to the couple on their way out.?
Seemed like they were just fobbing me off and everyone was too nervous or lame to do anything.
Meanwhile I got told off for dropping water bottle getting the water when on the floor. I cleaned it up straight way! Massive double standard.

Good gym great spa but one morning I put my polo shirt on the hanger for it to ironed before work and when I received it back after my session, it had black iron stains..and it a was a white polo

As a first timer to the reformer class was amazing with my trainer Thomas. Would highly recommend it.

A very good club with good amenities - however, when trying to cancel my membership due to a medical problem I was assured I would be contacted by the Aldersgate General Manager who never reached out to me. Follow-up emails were sent, nothing manifested and in the end I had to go through customer service helpline which is frustrating seeing as we are constantly told our best point of contact is our club. Poor service.

This gym is the best!
Cannot believe there are any negative reviews but you cannot please all the people all the time.
I have been a member here for two years and the facilities are first rate. An excellent work out area, new and modern equipment and big clean rooms for the classes.
The spa is top notch, better than some of the third space I have been to. And the staff are always so friendly and helpful.
I cannot name them all but immediately Mark, Fu, Tia, Aria, Rudy, Micah, come to mind?
But there are so many more. Always friendly and helpful. I honestly don?t think I have ever found anyone difficult or unwelcoming.
When I moved near this area, this gym was a big incentive because it has such excellent facilities.
The wonderful staff are an added and very welcome bonus!
I have been members of gyms where the staff show no interest and clearly don?t care about you.
This gym is the total opposite and you will be well looked after, encouraged and supported by the team.
Well done to all the staff and the management here, you have done a terrific job.
