Victoria place is a great shopping center, in the heart of central London. Good collection of clothes, gift items and also variety of fast food options as well.

One of my favourite stations. Network of National rail, Underground, and Bus routes all readily available. Plenty of shopping within the station and in the immediate vicinity.

Good food but not the best location to spend a Valentine?s Day meal. Due to the fact the restaurant is in a busy train station next to fast food chains it didn?t feel like a restaurant made to offer Valentine?s Day meals. The service was also very slow and the table offered to us was right by the toilet which made the meal quite unpleasant overall. I would suggest to put couples who are trying to enjoy a romantic meal for two at the back of the restaurant away from the hustle and bustle so they can enjoy their evening.

I wasn't very hungry, so I just ordered an onion soup. Very tasty. The waiter was friendly, but the service was rather too slow, perhaps because the restaurant was extremely busy. There was a party of about 25 young foreign students and it was extremely loud in the restaurant. I commented to the waiter how busy he was and he said it's like that every day. They are students who are touring and the restaurant always has a large booking from them, I presume the company or school organising the tour. I will choose a different branch next time as the soup was good.

Escalators never work. The ones near Sainsburys have been out of order completely for over a year. What?s the point of the ?Apologies? signs if you never actually fix them?

Met a friend on a Wednesday evening (5.30 booking). Friendly service but incredibly slow. Good job we weren't in a hurry!

On Valentines day, refused us our pre booked time for afternoon tea. We had a reference code, booking confirmed made by their website. When we got there we were on their system, but as soon as we produced a voucher they said we couldn't have our afternoon tea, even though we'd paid and booked, they said our system cant accept the voucher. Even though it was a Cafe Rogue voucher. Over an hours drive there and back, completely ruined our day. One of the worst experiences of customer service.
