I?ve worked very close to Vestry House Dentistry for some time but only recently decided to check it out and I?m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Juliet, a polite and well-informed team member who took the time to truly understand the kind of treatment I was after. She was incredibly patient and thoughtful in matching me with the right dentist, explaining clearly why her recommendation was the best fit. I?ve genuinely never experienced this level of personalised care at the front desk of a dentist. I?m not easily impressed.
Turns out, Juliet was spot on. Dr Menal Patel was absolutely the right choice. She?s knowledgeable, personable, professional, and has just the right amount of humour (not the annoying kind). I came in asking for the works, but she listened carefully and gave her honest, expert opinion. Instead of upselling, she recommended a more tailored approach that offered better value and aligned with the results I actually wanted.
You can immediately tell that Dr Menal genuinely loves what she does. She clearly aims to deliver the best possible outcome for every person who walks through her door - whether they accept her recommendation or not. The level of care, diligence, and integrity she upholds is rare and deeply appreciated.
I normally hate writing reviews but after the experience I had at Vestry House, I just had to. Bupa, consider yourself lucky to have a team like this.
Juliet and Dr Menal, you?ve got a fan for life.

Always such a great experience coming to Vestry House - even if it is for dentistry?. All of the team receptionists, hygienists and dentists are so friendly and professional. It makes that trip to the dentist even more enjoyable!

Dr Menal Patel is a fabulous dentist and I cannot recommend her enough. I have been her patient for about 1.5 years and have had multiple treatments with her. She is kind, considerate, and takes the time to explain every procedure she does and why, as well as giving me options and explaining pros/cons of each. Best dentist I?ve ever had the pleasure of working with!

If, like me, you are nervous about visiting dentists then I highly recommend Vestry Dental Centre, in particular, Dr David Morgan and Ms Juliet Brooks. You will never find two people who have the skill to make one feel at ease the moment you walk in the door. I have known David and Juliet for 30 years and both are consummate professionals in everything they do. Without them I very much doubt I would have the courage to visit a dentist and I thank them both wholeheartedly.

I have used the dental services of Dr David Morgan at Vestry House for over 30 years , starting when I worked round the corner to now when I?m happy to trek across town, and I would be confident to recommend him and his practice to anyone .
I find the whole experience of a Vestry visit calming and re-assuring from the ever charming Juliet on reception, who in the early days took to giving me a ?leave now? call 15 mins prior to an appointment such was my forgetfulness , to the first rate care & treatment from David . He has saved many a tooth of mine that I feel others would not have and he gives the least painful and most effective numbing injections . He always talks you through the problem , the options and his recommended treatment with the reassurance and confidence of one operating at the top of his profession.
He?s also a thoroughly nice chap !
