. I wanted to share my recent experience with a store that I believe you should be aware of. On March 16th, I placed an order for bidding with this particular store. Unfortunately, after waiting for 10 days, they were unable to fulfill my order. As a result, my house remains untidy as I had planned to use the bidding to fix and improve it.Throughout this process, I encountered numerous instances of the store providing me with incorrect information and commitments. It was only after 10 days that they finally refunded me. When I attempted to discuss the matter with the manager, I was informed that they were in a meeting and unable to meet with me, as it was already 6 o'clock, their closing time.I wanted to bring this to your attention so that you are aware of the issues I encountered with this store.

I am the owner of Cyprus Construction Ltd and have been to several flooring suppliers and I can say this is the worst one. Gave me the wrong paint which ruined the flooring of one of my projects. Please be careful when shopping with these guys I have lost upwards of £10,000 because of their inexperience.

What a Pleaseant bunch of people really friendly and welcoming have a wide range of stock and 95 percent is in stock plus have a beautiful wood range all under one roof was very happy with this company and will be using them again would also be recommended

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team here. I initially went in to get tiles then changed my mind to want wood and cancelled the delivery. I went back in and they took their time to talk me through the options, of which they had a very large selection, offer advice without being pushy and were very accommodating. The delivery was same day. Good advice and just an overall good experience. Floor not laid yet but will update with photo.
