Went to try on some clothes today in the dressing room and the girl who was working in the dressing rooms was so rude I actually felt ashamed that I even stepped foot in the place. I feel ashamed anyway buying at urban because it's fast fashion but this reaffirmed to me why shopping here is awful because all the girls are so unbelievably rude here. I know the staff probably don't get paid enough but I don't think it's fair to be so judgemental...

Female staff with the Irish accent is racist towards Asians. There definitely needs to be something done about her and I'm obviously not the only one who witnessed her being rude and aggressive towards Chinese customers.

Today I visited UO's store in Covent Garden for the first time and I am very impressed! The shop assistants were very friendly and welcoming, the lady that assisted me with my click and collect order was very kind and polite and the whole process went smoothly, the bag that I picked up is just amazing, I am in love, great quality, very beautiful design with lots of pockets! My overall experience was fantastic, brilliant service! And I also love how clean the store was and everything was in order.

Great store, plenty of choice, staff v helpful even when it?s crazy busy. Changing rooms currently having a refit but everyone working hard to make sure it works. Daughters love this place and often find something for myself too!

Aggressive, racist management. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. The staff are rude towards people of colour. This seems to be an ongoing issue, as I see this hostility has been reported by other customers too.

The white female staff member organizing the "last chance to buy" area on the third floor was rude and seemed possibly racist. While we were browsing the clothes, she tried to add more items to the rack but didn?t speak to us. Instead, she just glared at us angrily and used rude gestures. We had no idea what she was trying to say. Is she not able to speak English??? (We are Asian

Despite the negative reviews, I had quite a good experience at this store. Managed to find a good t-shirt and leave pretty quickly. The store was really busy but it was really cramped. I'm not surprised about the amount of pickpockets that work in this store and the area. I would recommend to keep backpacks and other bags close to your chest and have your wits about you.
