I had a great experience at Up and Running in East Sheen today. I wanted to get some shoes for my daughter . Ricky was really friendly and helpful when I phoned up and had a few options. I popped along later that day. He was really good with my daughter , very engaging and got down to her level and talked to her. He clearly had an experience of running, having ran in marathons before and asked what type of running she would be doing and when . I would definitely go back to this place . Prices also very good and I ended up buying 2 pairs. Thank you so much .

Went to this store yesterday and was blown away by how helpful they were. The level of knowledge was so much more so than many other running stores I?ve been too. It also felt as though they were there to help rather than just push a sale. Will be returning here

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. I got to try on a range of shoes and test them all out on the treadmill. The shoes I bought are incredibly comfortable and I even ended up with a new PB the day I got them! Couldn?t be happier with my purchase, many thanks!

Really impressed with the service. The manager was very knowledgeable and really took the time to come up with a great pair of running shoes for my feet and running style. There's a running machine to test them out on, and I also was able to test-run on the pavement outside. Very happy!

Brilliant service. My girlfriend and I both went in for new running shoes. We were seen immediately and looked after very patiently. I tried on at least 7 pairs and used their treadmill 15 times. The help and advice never stopped, and I was recommended the best shoes for me, not the most expensive. Very knowledgable, trustworthy and friendly. Hugely recommend!

Ricky is very good at his job. Having been repeatedly disappointed with the quality of Asics trainers Ricky suggested I try the Brooks Gost as I wanted a more stable shoe. The are brilliant, thank you Ricky.

As a seasoned runner, I can honestly say Up and Running is the best running shop in the East Sheen - Kingston area. The advice is given by people who are serious runners themselves and have first-hand experience of the shoes they sell. The manager, Ricky, recorded my running technique and selected a range of shoes which he believed would be right for me. I tried them all using their running machine, and through a process of elimination, selected a pair which fitted me perfectly. The overall experience was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend this place.
