I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Ria Company.The level of incompetence displayed by their customer service team is highly concerning. I find myself repeatedly having to explain my situation without any evidence of corresponding actions or follow-ups. Despite their assurances to the contrary, there seems to be a lack of commitment to addressing customer concerns.I have been attempting to resolve a payment under review, and despite promptly submitting all necessary documents, the processing time has exceeded two days, far beyond the two-hour timeframe initially advised. Attempts to contact the customer service team by phone have proven futile, with calls being incessantly transferred and no one answering, necessitating prolonged wait times.When seeking information on alternative options, the customer service representatives consistently state that my only recourse is to endure extended wait times on hold or rely on email communication, which is often met with delayed responses.The simplicity of canceling an order and having the funds transferred back to the original bank is needlessly complicated by additional checks. This added layer of bureaucracy is both inconvenient and perplexing.My frustration is further compounded when dealing with the compliance department, where calls are frequently placed on hold, only to be abruptly disconnected, forcing me to repeat the entire process. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated.In light of these issues, I strongly advise against using Ria Company's services. The lack of efficiency, transparency, and overall customer care is disheartening and does not meet the standards one would expect from a reputable company.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN I HAVE SENT MONEY MORE THAN MONTH AGO THEY HAVE CANCELLED IT WITHOUT GIVING ANY EXPLANATION TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THEY NEVER PICK UP IF THEY DO PUT YOU ON HOLD MORE THAN HOUR ALSO THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS STAFF VERY RUDE UNHELPFUL STAFF VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE MONEY TRANSFER WORST ONE IN LONDON I DONT IF I DONT RECEIVE MY FUNDS THIS WEEK I WILL REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND ALSO TAKE LEGAL ACTION THEY HAVE CAUSED ME UNNECESSARY STRESS AND WORRIES I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE GOING THROUGH THIS SHAME ON THEM

Recorded voice saying they are open until 7pm. When I called it was 6:30 today 22.04.2020 but no one there to answer there phone call. very disappointing.

Horrible receptionists and even worse manager, said his name was Ricardo (- but I don't believe that!). Took 7 days for my recipient to get ?500 in Portugal because of incorrect/misleading information both on their website, and after I raised my complaint this 'so called' manager never bothered to resolve my issue or contact me.BEST ADVICE: PAY £2.90 AND USE WESTERN UNION, PAY IN CASH AT ANY BRANCH AND RECIPIENT WILL RECIEVE THE FUNDS IN 10 MINS.

They wont give u mastercard voucher as they have promised when your refered friend make a transaction . Total fraud . I wont recommend
