Returns online form does not work. So I went into a shop and tried to return there, but was told I couldn't. The shop staff also tried to use the Benetton website for my return and confirmed it does not work.Benetton only allow you 14 days to return items, so if like me you order clothes before a holiday, beware as your time will run out by the time you get home. I only had 4 days left on my return from holiday and by the time I figured out how to email them I was one day late and they used that as a reason not to refund me.I hadn't shopped with Benetton in 10 years as the last time I did they refused my a refund on trousers that shrank the first time I washed them, which is not really legal of them. I'll obviously never shop at Benetton again. Not good business on their part, I hope they keep on losing customers.

Staff is completely useless. I was queuing when 2 ladies were paying, then another woman cut in , the sales pretended nothing happened.

Coming on here because it is shocking to see racial abuse from senior professionals carry on in 2024. I am witness to Judy A?s review as she and her mother were racially targeted by the staff. I had only realised later that the security guard had let me and my girlfriend take shelter at the entrance because it was raining so much, however it came to my attention later that the security guard had aggressively told the young daughter (Judy) and her mother to either get off or get in when they were at the entrance because they were Muslim and wearing Hijab. Even though their intention was to get inside, they were only closing their umbrella whereas we did not intend to go inside but only take shelter from the rain. Me and my girlfriend apologized immediately for the security?s rude and racist behaviour. We were there when Judy tried to complain to the manager Diana. I can confirm she?s no Princess Diana because she was very protective of her security guard and stubborn to accept the racial profiling by her staff and herself even though me and my girlfriend are witness to this incident! Shocking and disgusting I must say.

Came in yesterday evening and my mother was putting away her umbrella in the doorway before we were so rudely shouted at by the security guard to either get out or come in. We decided to leave due to the unwelcoming situation. As we were leaving a white couple came to take shelter in the doorway (not intending to shop there at all), and seeing this I was very hurt for my mother who was experiencing this kind of racial discrimination in 2024. I pointed this out to the guard and he panicked and spoke to them- the couple themselves apologised to us for HIS rudeness as they realised what had happened. I then asked to speak to the manager DIANA who is in fact worse than the guard. She was rude, scoffed at me, dismissed my version of events, rolled her eyes, did not apologise and refused to speak to the guard. As someone who works in high end retail if the area manager only knew what was going on in this mess of a shop there would be more than an intervention going on. However when I opened these reviews I can see I am not the only one complaining from awful customer service.

Poor service by staff in store. Tags mislabled so I nearly bought the wrong size before checking. Then was told they are about to close and would not have time to check online in the storeroom. Does the payment system shut down when the store closes? Because that was basically what I was told which I find hard to believe.
