The man who works in the shop is so kind and really generous with his time and seems like one of those people who genuinely wants to help people and provide solutions to problems. The shop is clean and super organised. He helped me by putting additional holes in my YSL belt and it looks amazing and fits me now perfectly. He did it as soon as I walked in the shop so I didn?t have to wait around! He also found a creative solution to the fact the belt had a lot of excess hanging, he suggested I use a black watch strap as it fits my slim belt perfectly and keeps all the excess belt tight to my body. My mum suggested the shop as she always gets her keys cut from here and it?s so fast. So overall excellent quality and services from Unique Shoe Repairs Chingford. Thank you kind Sir!

Fabulous customer service here! The guys go the extra mile to help you find a solution. Both zip pullers on my boots needed fixing but I had no luck at previous repair shops. Yet in a quick turnaround they made something from a clip, made a leather cover and they looked better than the original! Highly recommend!!

I have been to this store a number of times and receive the best customer service ever! They repaired the soles on a pair of boots - that no one else was willing to do; they put holes in my sister's belt buckle (for free) and recently I was looking for someone who could replace the zip on a bag that was fairly new. The gentleman said they don't do zip repairs, but he took a look at it for me. Within minutes he had adjusted the grip on the zip slider and the zip was working! He didn't charge me for this and took the time to care and help me. Definitely a place I will continue to support. Thank you!
