Michael is the driving force behind this branch. He is cool, calm and collective.I have been coming to this branch for about 15 years mainly when I had a company car. Steve used to look after me and he now looks after the East Barnet depot.- Good customer services- Helpful- Keen pricesWiling to help with little things such as filling up the tyres and to check them as well.I have bought all my tyres from here and I have found that they are reasonable (sometimes) and I was going to buy from COSTCO but they worked out about £20.00 cheaper for a similar tyre plus local and more personal.Michael is always having a cheeky smile and does work really hard.Only negative is that as he is in demand and looks after other branches we have to wait to have the order executed so I have to keep on returning to achieve the great deals that have been given.

Visited today 21-2- 23 spoke to Michael & Kareem both are helpful and courteous.Needed two new tyres. Both guys worked on the vehicle efficiently and expertly.Can't praise them enough.Paid my£279 bill and was on my way.Great service guys!

Mike and Kevin 10 put of 10 for customer service, Sent my wife as she had an issue with her Tyre. They checked all the tires and gave us a report highly recommend this garage above and beyond normal service..

Service was brilliant but a bit shocked that the same tyre had gone from £101.50 on 12th September 2023 to £125.99 on 19th December 2023.Tyre on same wheel replaced even though only 3 months old, due to screw in sidewall.

28 Dec 2023 returned as tyres playing up. Kevin and Karim fixed it while I waited! Excellent service provided with a smile! Will go back for a car service in new year!Went to Pedro and his team to sort out rear tyre and front tyre. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable team. Going back for a service. My battery was under warranty but the staff couldn?t get through to your customer support to approve replacement of my battery. Then when l convinced them to charge my battery they couldn?t resolve the settings on my car that were effected by low battery. I had to bring it to my car macanic to sort it out

Excellent service once more! I am so impressed with these guys. Hard working ,professional, and my car tyres were checked very, very thoroughly. Honest feedback given, without any pressure to purchase anything. The manager should be given a medal because everyone was asking him things from all directions, but he never lost his cool, and remained assured and calm. Thank you. Always recommended.
