My wife and I discovered TWG tea while having afternoon tea at the Fullerton Bay hotel in Singapore. We had crème brûlée tea, which was so full of flavour that we asked the hotel where they bought that tea. They said ?TWG?, we found a TWG shop in Singapore and bought some to bring home
I was therefore very happy to find a TWG shop in London. They do sell our favourite crème brûlée flavour. That comes from their loose tea section where they weigh out the exact amount of tea you would like to buy. There are also lots of pre-packaged teas which would make lovely gifts as the packaging is high quality (or should that be quality-tea?) Other tea-related gifts are related such as the £700 gold teapot and £3500 dragon teapot if you have more money that I!
They also sell macarons, the perfect companion to a cup of tea

We visited your store on August 4 2025. Only when we met, your security guard was so polite that he raised our spirits. And when we left, it happened again. Only positive emotions. This person in the photo clearly loves and appreciates his job :)

I came in last week looking for a traditional earl grey, and I was blown away by the service Alexandria provided. She was so knowledgeable about all the loose leaf options and I left with a few different teas that I?ve been sampling this week. She was able to help me select a range of teas that I knew I would like and a few new blends that I?m absolutely loving. We had a lovely chat and I left very happy with my choices. Thank you Alexandria!

i had the most gorgeous experience at twg today! jessie and alexandria provided me the most incredible customer service, especially when we discovered the teas i was after we?re unfortunately out of stock, but then helpfully provided different types and blends that were much more suitable!

Absolutely nothing good about this shop. There was a short girl who speaks Arabic and she was helping me out until another customer came with one or two more items than I did and she left me and went off to them and left me hanging and when I questioned her Where is the manager? She said the manager is off today and then sent a with supervisor very little English who started to apologising about the situation
