Took my kid there twice (when he was just under 2yo and around 2y and 4mo, and plan to go back. Haircut was really quick (under 20min) and easy, but my kid did behave really well, so that helped. The aquarium in front of the seats is the best feature ever, kids love it! Staff is professional and polite.
