It's hidden away in a nice little area with a cobbled pathway and very old styled neighbouring buildings, I found the rooms to be both smallish but some oddly shaped, this I would assume be to do with the size of the building and shape of the walls/ceilings, my recent stay I found to be somewhat less relaxing than I would've hoped, the bed felt stiff and the pillows were hard, on multiple stays and occasions the key card failed to operate as expected and a new one was recoded, the service I found to be pretty quick and easy to speak to,

Literally just a room NOTHING else. No foyer no nothing. Lady who served me was quite rude when we arrived an hr early like we were an inconvenience. We did not even ask her and we're told we did not book early check in and room was not ready. I asked can we pay for early access and was told yes. So, room was ready but just wanted more money.Room was tidy but toilet clogged on first use (Not my doing) shower was very good but curtain was useless. Water every where.

5 stars deserved for the value for money.Location in a good area close to the various skyscrapers and between Tower Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral.Good sized room with bed and desk. The bathroom is small but easily usable.Wifi is available free of charge for half an hour a day, otherwise it can be used for a longer time for a fee. There are USB sockets next to the bed that allow you to charge your phone without purchasing an English adapter. They don't clean the room every day but only change the towels.Every day the room key stopped working but I just had to ask at the reception and in a few minutes they solved it (I always found someone, even at night and even at Christmas)If you are looking for low-cost accommodation without big demands, this is excellent

Clean and spacious room. The check-in is the easiest. Also great location, a quiet street in the business quarter of London, you'll only need 30 minutes walk to the different places "to see". Next to the underground if you don't feel like walking arond. We 100% recommand !

Cannot complain. Room in central London at £200ish is quite cheap these days. It had seen better days but for the price yes we liked it. Service at the Reception was excellent and really pulled it up in my opinion.

Spent one night there, very clean room, quiet night. Small but cozy, with window to "yard". Window blind fixed in place with some screws, but e everything else really good.
