Great locating in the centre of London. Close to theatres , restaurants and perfect for sightseeing. Rooms are nice , basic but if you?re planning to spend most of your time out and about , you don?t need more .

I went to london for a buainess trip and this was close to the location of the day. Its nice basic hotel where one can lay one's head for a night. Situation is excellent. The window on my room didn't seal well so it was noisy at night until about 1am and the pillows were far too hard for my liking. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Staff were very nice so overall I'd say 4/5

Great location close to covent garden and theatres. Rooms were clean however our shower did not work properly and kept cutting out. Bathroom fan kept turning on and off too.

It's a Travelodge so don't set your expectations to high, but it beats the heck out of a Z with no windows...
1. Buffet breakfast actually ok for the price, I had it and wasn't unhappy, but this is London, head out and turn right and you'll find somewhere to get a better breakfast cheaper within yards, you'll just have to be prepared to queue for a while.... (Potentially, depending on day & time)
2. Considering it's London the staff were actually more friendly and helpful than the norm in my experience.
3. The bar area is pretty busy and not as overpriced as it could be considering the location...
4. Location wise it's bang on, and cheaper than it probably should be.
5. My main gripe is the shower has no real water pressure, but it was hot enough.
I've stayed in worse places and paid more without being in the heart of London, so if you don't want to spend an arm & a leg for a room 10mins walk from Covent Garden this is a real option, imho.
And our room had a window, if you book a Z room that's a paid upgrade... :-O

Ideal location, between Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road.
Reasonable room price and room size for central London.
Special thanks to Benjamin, at reception, who was very helpful.

The room was not clean, carpets were filthy, the room had a bad smell and the bathroom which was also not particularly clean, smelled of urine. Bed was not the most comfortable but was ok. Staff were ok, the people helping with breakfast were friendlier than those at reception. Location is good as very central but it's worth paying more and staying at a more decent hotel.

Booked a king room, checked me in to a twin room. Highlighted the issue to reception who said the beds would be joined up immediately. Returned several hours later and the beds were still in single format. Add on to that how basic the rooms are, I won?t be returning. Only slight positive is the location.

We had a very poky room no view at all and on ground floor so we could hear all noise from service door everything being loaded into hotel. Dark room with very little light coming in. OK for 1 night stop.
