The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful, the room was unsatisfactory. There are no bedside tables, only a tiny little pigeon hole for you to put a photo on or a cup of tea the carpets could do with a good clean and the air conditioning was so noisy that it caused a disturbed sleep.

Ground floor room (41) with lots of street noise into the early hours and this was a Tuesday night.Clean, comfortable. Breakfast good value, but not included in the £190 I paid for one night! Not even free WiFi and only about four channels on TV where signal was strong enough to be watchable.Travelodge used to be a budget chain but not at these prices. Will probably look to go to the President next time, which is about half the price and includes breakfast.

The room is superior, very clean, comfortable bed, tea, and coffee facility. The shower does flood the floor a bit, so be careful. Staff here are very helpful and attentive.Rooms: Very clean, nice comfy beds great shower, but does make the floor a bit wet.Food & drinks: Great choice of drinks in bar.The food is very good, lovely breakfast.

Very cold room and pillows like

I had an accessible room, which had plenty of space.Bed height is good (high enough not to be a struggle to stand up), comfortable, a god size, lots of good quality pillows.Accessible bathroom (a full wet room) is well equipped. The shower has a good power of water flow and is easy to adjust, in terms of flow, heat and type of nozzle. The fold-down seat is large and strong. I had enough towels, but you would need more for two people, presumably available on request.Room facilities such as coffee, decaf coffee, tea were plentiful, although I hope they will include soya or oat milk in future. The coffee machine is simple to work!I had dinner, a vegan spinach and falafel burger, served with chunky chips. For breakfast I had vegan hash browns, vegan Quorn sausages, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes, tea with oat milk (soya and almond also available), obviously I went bonkers and had fat too much, as I always do when in an hotel!.The catering staff (actually, all staff) are lovely, really helpful and looked after me wonderfully.Left Luggage is free and efficient.Reception were very friendly, efficient and made everything easy.Everything was on the flat, internally, I didn't come across any steps, and there are lifts mostly where they are needed. The only criticism I have is of the disabled entrance, which is up a series of long, quite steep ramps at the rear of the hotel, not well signposted from outside. The front entrance had a horrible number of steps!Very much better overall than I expected, good value, highly recommended.

Several occasions, I had to wait for an hour or more to get served dinner.Duvet is too light and cold almost killed me at night.

Never again! For a hotel that rated itself as newly refurbished it was disgusting. The water took for ever to drain from the sink, the bed had hairs in, the carpet was filthy, the heater made a terrible noise and had a light you had on all night, no hairdryer, the table lamp did not work, the room layout was weird and the blue paint made it feel even smaller than it was. We pre paid dinner and the only real options were burgers ? and they left us hungry. The staff were lovely though but we won't be back, we had 2 double rooms and both were awful..

Stayed here for two nights with colleagues for a conference and dinner. Its a travel lodge and does what it says. The rooms were fine, the wifi business quality, the staff friendly and fine and the breakfast was ok (although the restaurant was brighter and more characterful than many Travelodges). Conveniently located 5/10 mins from several underground stations. Id stay here again

One of the most terrible experience! The location is just only one good reason to stay here, but still you need to walk around 7 minutes to center of Covent Garden,to Leicester 10 minutes,Soho longer. Also the entrance is so inconvenient(there is 13 broken stairs).About rooms:very poor condition,I don?t know when they had refurbishment, dirty, although I think staff trying hard but probably payed poorly. One of the terrible here is strong toilets stench!!!I changed one room for another, naively thought that this problem was only in that previous room. But was wrong! This stench so strong that stings eyes!Guys, you have to change all pipes or reducing your high price which is similar to 5 star hotels!?

Simple, comfortable accommodation in a great location (but with noisy heating/aircon).
