“We used Simplexity Travel to plan our Honeymoon to Singapore and Bali earlier this month. The discussion process with the agent was very easy and we were able to book exactly what we wanted with any changes to rooms and flights along the way. They were always responsive to email and by phone to any queries that we had. We did have an incident where a transfer did not arrive however this was quickly resolved by a local agent and my messages were answered by the 24 hour emergency WhatsApp line. “Once you book onto a trip you get a call the next day to check for eligibility and to take payment. I had Millie as my trip coordinator she had an enthusiastic personality so I enjoyed working with her to get me ready for my trip. She left half way through the trip organisation to follow a new career path so I got Ross! His been brilliant. His professional, updates me regularly, answers all questions and I can always call if I have any questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator than Ross. His exceeded my expectations of the global work & travel.Pros:- I have felt very well supported to plan my trip.- Gworld has all your documents organised well.- I was supported with my resume as it needed some extra work!Cons:- limited training opportunities. So you do have to be open minded with areas that may not necessary be your first choice.- It is very costly to book on to an internship or working holiday & as a young professional I have had to use / save some money up to be able to afford it. You also need some money saved up for your arrival especially if your trip does not include accommodation.- You do enquire extra prices along the way that are not included aswell e.g. flights, police record, visa fee. I think the ACRO and visa fee should perhaps be included.”

“At the airport Qatar airline changed my flight time from Doha back to London on short notice without informing me. At the airport I was told my flight had already left. I called Eligasht from the airport and they managed to get me another flight as it was the airline's fault. Outstanding customer service! I recommend this travel agency to everyone”

“We had booked a return flight from Auckland to Heathrow via Houston, unfortunately our flight was cancelled through a cyclone and New Zealand Air didn't want to know even though they cancelled the flight.We were told get in touch with agency that we bought tickets from. Unfortunately Travlocks 24 service never answered, but as soon as we could get in touch John was brilliant and got us flights the next day via San Francisco. Thank you John you were brilliant and eased our anxiety no end. Our flight was the last to leave because of ongoing cyclone difficulties.”
