I bought a trip to Italy for my mother's 60th birthday. Steve at Travel Goals helped me with all the arrangements and was very helpful and put to the test in arranging what I asked for. There was a slight mishap with the arranged transfer when arriving, but we tried not to let this put a dampner on the break and just jumped in a taxi. We arrived at our 1st hotel (in rome) and we was pleasantly suprised for a 3* hotel. The room was small, but it worked for us and was exceptionally clean. The buffet breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. The hotel was not as close to the centre as I would have liked, but the walk was actually quite nice. After a couple days in Rome we jumped on a train to Venice, again organised by Steve as part of the package. We arrived and checked into the next 3* hotel. After the hotel in Rome, the room was not as nice and very limited on personal touches and the buffet breakfast was very disappointing. We had to provide a time slot on when we wanted to eat and there was only limited food put out, which was quickly grabbed up (2/3 of each item at a time) and not replenished. It did feel like I had paid for everyone else to eat. I cannot blame Travel Goals for this, this was down to the hotel, but maybe a hotel Travel Goals not use in the future. As part of the package a gondola ride was organised at 4pm. It took alot to find where to be for the ride, having to ask quite a few people. Eventually we found it down some back streets, which we would never have found without asking. We tried Google maps and it was not showing up. The gondola ride was lovely but only lasted 20 minutes, not the 30 minutes expected (again not Travel Goals fault). We also found 4pm slot not the best time as it was starting to get dark and cold, and we had to stay in that area to ensure we didn't miss the time slot, meaning we could not explore further out areas. An earlier slot would have been better for us.Overall, Travel Goals were good and communicated from the time of booking, to even when we was on the break (due to the transfer issue). Would I use them again, or recommend them...yes I would

Romania , what a beautiful country highly recommend a visit.The people are so lovely meet so many wonderful people who showed me some amazing sites , made a few firm friends should I ever visit again .Highlight being Castelu Bran castle , bram stokes Count Dracula and The amazing peles castle . I would like the staff at travel goal for their professional and curtias service. They made the booking very easy, and nothing was to much trouble, we kept on going back and asking questions as we had never booked like this before, there was never any pressure to book there and then and no matter how many questions we asked they always replied professional.

This is my first time booking with Travel Goals and I have been very impressed with the service. I booked from Ireland to Krakow and Kara was so very patient with any queries or problems I had. I made a few changes to the booking and Kara sorted everything with no hassle for me. I will certainly be booking with them again as it such a pleasure to deal with people who have such good customer service and great value.So thanks again to Kara and also Simon for the great service.

I have booked a holiday to Romania with Travel Goals and the booking procedure went very smoothly. I don?t live near the travel agency itself so all communication has been via messenger and email. All the documents so far have been very thorough and I am looking forward to my visit.

Jacob Adams was 5* plus!! Looked after us from the initial quotes, even finding a better deal when we booked a 50th birthday celebration in January 2024 for my husband. Krakow all booked now and we're so looking forward to our trip away. Thanks so much Adam once again, would highly recommend ?
