Melanie has been very helpful of arranging our cruise ship holiday. She had the patience and very considerate when I made some changes to our accommodation. I spoke to her a few times over the phone and I found her very approachable and polite. We will contact Melanie again in the future for our next Cruise holiday.

I've booked a holiday for me and the girlfriend to Italy for our anniversary, the customer service I received from Harry was exceptional. Be careful to check that flight times don't change from your original quote as ours did but I took a few days to respond and Harry was doing his best to keep to the original price. Everything was corrected including some details I got wrong before booking and we're very excited for our holiday.

I have good experience of booking my flights from travel centre. I was not able to find cheapest flights for my travel and according to my needs by myself. Then I took help of travel centre agent and finally got my tickets.i am very satisfied with their service.
