Called the number on my misdelivery card, only to be hung up on. When I tried again, I was transferred 3 times with no luck.Really bad service, very annoying when all I wanted to do was arrange a redelivery.

Do not use this service if you?re sending anything to Jamaica. The recipient will not receive their goods due to thieving people. My barrel was prized open, items were stolen and goods were damaged. I am so heartbroken. Can not get through to customer service, which is disheartening.

use them to send a big pacage to a client, one letter on the whole adress was wrong... anyone would have guessed the "strret" could be "street" number of the house, name of the street, post code.. all the rest was right... because of the "strret", the package wasn't delivered...
