Bit of a shambles really, came for lunch, ordered on the screen and waited over 10 minutes for them to serve a simple house special salad which you would expect is done quickly. I stood there at least 15 minutes for a mix of a salad with the other city folk who also was perplexed at how slow orders were coming out especially when there is close to 10 people behind the counter.Need to operate better. Lack of directions in where we line up also made it hectic.

Love getting lunch from here when I am in the office. Fresh, healthy and tasty salads - my favourite is the vegan chicken parmesan. Shout out to Joy who is always working hard whilst being friendly and upbeat!

Absolutely shocking! I used to love Tossed but now it's gone downhill. You must order on the tablet even though there is staff present in the shop (some of whom are stood behind the counter texting on their phone and openly state they are leaving the store to go shopping). They absolutely refuse to serve you and force you to use the tablets which freeze and won't take payment and don't update for lunch unless the staff make a change to the tablets. When you finally get to paying, you're charged and extortionate amount.......£15 for a single salad from their standard menu because if you remove one item from the same category, they still charge you as if it's an additional item (£2.15 for a scoop of feta cheese). I certainly will not be retuning here

I've been to quite a few in this chain. They're great for giving you exactly what you want. Very customisable options. The stores are always clean and efficient. All done through the touch screens so you can make it exactly how you want. Service was quick and friendly, but special mention to Jubel who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thank you.

The food is ok, but the main manager has a very bad attitude, she treats colleagues and customers negatively as I have seen several time while I was waiting for my lunch. She should have some respect. I'm not coming back.

Not recommend this place for work. I come here for trail shift thats so far worst trail shift of my life.i feel humiliated. I request to tossed HR team to not sent people for trail over here cuz the manager over here are so rude & moody they even don't reply Hello to the person who came there by spending 1 hour in travel & gonna work 4 hour for free in the most toxic management ? adter that day i feel so depressed ? don't have any courage to go for another trail shift ??
