I had the pleasure of visiting the store on a Sunday and I must say the staff truly made my experience delightful. They were incredibly welcoming and they went above and beyond to assist me.

You would be forgiven for thinking that the staff in this place were the most unfriendly bunch based upon older reviews. Let me put this straight the truth is that the current staff are lovely, helpful, smiley bunch. Don't be put off by older reviews, go and visit and decide for yourself.

Pretty shop but awful customer service! I was on a lunch break at work and asked to try on 2 pairs of trainers - the assistant had no sense of time and took over 15 minutes to bring the second pair of shoes which I had to ask for again. The first pair I went to purchase and noticed yellow staining on the front of both shoes. I was desperate for them for holiday but the manager said he couldn't do more than 10% off (even though I already had a 10% off voucher), and said he can't see what's wrong with them. I pointed out the yellow staining and he said 'well nothings perfect, that's just the glue that's stained it'....... WOW. Awful customer service..... I'm sorry but I don't expect my trainers to have yellow staining on and I expect them to be close to perfect for the £120 I WAS going to pay. I think this shop needs some training on customer service. Disgraceful.

Terrible service. Incriminated me and my husband for stealing a T-shirt ???? we just put it on the wrong shelf. What a bad service and unfriendly staff, will never come back to this store again and I would highly recommend to teach your staff good manners

Didn't know what to expect when I went into the store after reading the negative review. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and served me with a smile.Keep up the good work.

Not sure about the other reviews at all, have been here twice including collecting an item today, the staff members (both ladies) we quick to help, service with a smile and I felt welcome. I had on rough sort of clothes due to dome some DIY too and I'm an Asian male with a beard, didn't feel dismissed at all. Will shop again.

Wasn't expecting much after reading terrible reviews here, but the staff was excellent! By far the best Tommy Hilfiger store service-wise. The choice was good albeit somewhat limited by the floorspace.
