Bought item a month ago and manager <Jess) refused return due to item having marks of button or some-sort of marks despite being new . Now readings other customers returned damaged items and allowed refund/exchange made me write this review. One rule for some customers another for others. Very bad customer service and to add salt to wound advised me to speak to customer service but didn?t bother given me their details. Most likely recommend customers to use other Tommy branches. Avoid this store!!

Shambolic customer service. The staff and joking and talking with each other even when serving customers. No hello. No thank you. If you want to work in retail do your job. Don't take up the job if you can't be bothered. They want you to pay £££ for their brand but can't get decent workers. Pathetic. Don't go here. Avoid

Had a small issue with a jumper I had bought a few months before. The staff were lovely and allowed us to return the damaged item for a new one. Very friendly staff too - all willing to help find sizes. Recommend :)

I made an online order and mistakenly choose store pick up at 11.10.2023 and shipped 12.11.2023 today (16.11.2023) gave a call to store because we can not track our delivery. The lady on phone gave me an automated answer without even asking my order number I am sorry to say but whole conversation felt unprofessional. My humble request is either train your staff or include a tracking number.

They are just a joke, bought items online from their website, needed to return an item and thought I?d return it to the store (website says you can) went their only to be told, they don?t do online returns in August! (Spoke to the manager) Customers service has no idea what is this non sense and couldn?t do anything about it! Instead of updating the website information to reflect this but, they said return it by post. It seems that Westfield branch is acting on their own and the website CS has no influence over them!

Felt intimated by staff when entering and leaving they didn't even smile rather than just stare at you.Won't be back in a hurry it's a shame and the management were not friendly either gave 2 stars just for presentation only

This store sure knows how to make a customer feel valued..Smiley, friendly and engaging.Not often I give 5 star customer service.Good customer service is hard to find these days so well done ....

For a store of this calibre you'd expect a luxurious experience. However, although the store is beautiful, the staff let it down slightly. Numerous members of staff were engaged in loud non-work chatter and the manager (at least I assume it was the manager) was openly discussing the fact that they hadn't reached their target sales for the day. That type of conversation should really take place behind closed doors, or at least a bit more discretely, and not loudly on the shop floor. Also, no one assisted me when I was trying on clothes and there was no one available to take the clothes from me afterwards.

Poor customer service, very racist manager, wrapped a gift for a black woman of his choice but did not want to do for us, quite weird. The girl at the till, Tanya, was very polite.

I visited this store to buy few items for my Nephew i was very late as my sister had a flight in few hours and i had to give her these items i was really panicked then i was approached by a guy called Jahidul he was really helpfull he process the transaction really goid and proffessional manner and then i got a call from my nephew he wanted to get a hoodi then shop manager LLiana joined us she were super great person and helped meto find the correct hoddi and i left the store on time thank you so much guys you are the best i wish i could give them 10000 stars

Pretty terrible customer service, I buy loads of TH, and the manager, who is a foreign lady, was rude and unhelpful.The stiching came away at the seam, which was a manufacturer fault. I rarely wrote bad reviews check my history, but this manager needs to go ... Avoid the shop and shop online....

Great shop, had all the Tommy hilfiger you could need.Some friendly and helpful staff.Super clean and plenty of space to move around.Some good discounts aswell
