Today we went to tommy westfield store. We had a very good experience, various choices and colours. Helpful staff particularly Maria dela Cruze who was really nice and helpful. I recommend the store strongly.

Given the new adaptive line seems to be online only, my assistance dog and I popped in store to try and figure out my size. The staff here, including the store manager who really got involved with customer care, had some of the most impeccable etiquette around assistance dogs, never bothering him without asking and considering our needs as a team. This ranged from an accessible changing room, which was so clean and well thought out, checking in while I was sizing up and having staff who are so experienced, they picked my size out right away. They further helped me to place my order and apply discounts. When I say nothing was too much, I truly mean it. The security deserves so much credit too for the way he reacted to a dog in the luxury store he is tasked with protecting. I can?t fault the staff and hope they gain recognition for their fantastic treatment of what I am sure is all customers who enter their store. Thank you all.

After a long day at Westfield, Tommy Hilfiger was the only shop where we experienced excellent service. I didn't catch his name, I think he might have been the manager, but he had detailed knowledge of the different cuts of the garments and was very attentive.

I attended the store Saturday 14th October around mid afternoon, on approaching the store there were two assistants standing at the front , we received a nice welcome especially from the lady and she directed us to the area that we were interested in buying.. we had a good experience around the store and on leaving the lady engaged once again thanking us for shopping at Tommy Hilfiger.. acknowledgement of customers and a polite smile is always welcomed even though the store was busy.. Thank you to the lady for a great customer experience..

What a wonderful welcome in this store when collecting goods. Very helpful and professional service, happy customers we are, and honestly can say the best service in a Westfield store.

I went today to picked up and order , apparently I confused the email saying that my parcel arrived whit the one that was meant to say that it was there and ready to be picked up.One guy called Jose or yose(sorry but not sure how to write it) was very kind and helpful and ask me anyways to write down the order number and he got the parcel for me.This is the extra mile that everyone need in customer service for this type of situations.Great store by the way.
