I have been to many optometrists in recent years and more recently I have had difficulty getting good and professional service in Canary Wharf. Finding Tom Davies was the best thing that could have happened for me.Not only are their products of high standard and attractive, but more importantly their customer service and customer care is second to none.I was impressed with great technology and went for an option of advance eye test.I was seen by very professional and skilled Optometrists, Munisha.Eye care I received was exceptional, I was guided how to take care of my dry eye condition, what to use and how to apply.I cannot recommend them enough, I wish I found this place sooner and spared myself issues I encountered in other places.

Excellent customer service!!One of my sunglasses' lense snapped out and I went first to Vision express and then the opticians opposite Tom Davies. No one was able to fix it (or maybe didn't want to bother!). As soon as I walked in Tom' shop, I was greeted with a huge smile. Then when I've asked if they were able to fix it, I was told "don't worry it can be fixed ".Being a present and expensive glasses, my heart lifted and so my hopes.10 minutes later the lense was fixed.A special thanks to Raf!! I can tell that you are there because you love your job and surely you have added value to Tom Davis brand. They are lucky to have you.Thank you!

Was promised my glasses in 6-8 days, priçe is at least 3 times higher than a premium optician (at least) but I needed them fast so fineFailed to order my glasses on the 9th blaming a manager not being there thus failed to deliver on time, wasted far too much time on them so requested a refund and now told 10 days for the finançe team to refund my card, they are very happy to take £1250 per pair from you On the day yet fail to deliver then make you wait a further 10 days, good business with interest rates risingVery disappointed indeed

Amazing glasses , bespoke with beautiful designs! I've been going to David Clulow for years but so happy I decided to switch to Tom Davies!! I'm over the moon with my new bespoke spectacles. Excellent glasses! Great design of the frame, I like the titanium frame, which is light and stable. The individual Lenses are great! My prescriptions are high, but I found it?s very easy to adjust. Very comfortable! The customer service is perfect! Anastasia helped me to choose the frame and lenses. She is very professional, kind, polite and she has wonderful communication skill. Highly recommend Anastasia as your adviser!

Having been advised by Raf at TD Canary Wharf I have been absolutely delighted with the bespoke specified, sized and fitted mat horn framed spectacles that I have subsequently received and now enjoy wearing. Extremely comfortable and lightweight and look fantastic without being overstated at all.

I?ve never been able to find a pair of glasses that fit me which is why I went into Tom Davies. The service was absolutely first class from Rafael in the Canary Wharf shop, he helped me find some frames that fit me far better than I have ever had before.The quality of the frames and lenses is excellent and the service better than I have ever experienced before, cannot recommend enough.

Great service and fantastic staff. I was a fairly indecisive customer when I first went in to Tom Davies, but with the help of the optical assistant, a friend and a husband I finally found a pair of glasses that I loved.Unfortunately the pair were faulty and repeatedly broke after just a few months. I went back to the store to get them repaired. This was unsuccessful, so Bianca (store manager at Canary Wharf) spoke to head office on my behalf and got a new pair and a 2nd pair arranged for me.I didn't once have to speak to head office, or implore them to compensate me for my broken frame.Anastasia helped me choose a 2nd frame that I love almost as much as my first.I was unfortunate to get a faulty pair of frames the first time round, but Bianca and her staff definitely made up for the mistake. I would still recommend this optician.

Excellent service with a very warm welcome, well worth travelling in for, I had a small job done in minutes and was treated like I had just signed on the dotted line for a bespoke order.As a footnote, I have had two Tom Davies frames and my wife has one and the quality is second to none, meticulous engineering and manufacture.Well done to management and staff.
