They have the wrong labels on men's clothing - not just the hangers/size roundels, but even the TK Maxx labels. I bought a pair of jeans that said 32 waist and they were a 36. I had to go back and queue up to return them. Of course when I went back, there were none left in 32. Some on the floor staff seem lazy and there is poor organisation. However, when I have spoken to a manager or made a return they have been helpful.

I bought here one month and two weeks ago, and everything was ok. Today I tried to buy something similar to the last time, but there was a trolley blocking the corridor. A staff member came, said sorry but didn't move the trolley, just stay there checking the clothes. I couldn't see and shop, and left the store. Please train to your staff.

TK Maxx is my favourite shop in London. I'm frind with many people who work in different places and many managers, especially Chris from Marble Arch-a very special person, Tamau fron Monument-an amazing bigger than life person and all boys and girls who know me from my marathon shopping session, especially when yellow tags come in town! They know me I'm buying amazing things fir my friends and kids' friends and we chatting about how happy they feel when they get their gifts!!!!
Thank you TK Maxx for my coping mechanism, Who I'm trying to keep in health limits, not spending too much, ha ha ha.
For me, psychologically finding treasures, quality items at affordable prices, has a huge positive impact on my mental health and wellbeing.

Got home to realise the lady at the till didn't scan the shoes I wanted to buy that I gave her at the till (clearly, not to the side somewhere hidden, they did disappear so I thought she scanned them and put them in my bag). They were on sale and a great find and I can't help but feel it was done on purpose. Poor communication, she should have asked if I wanted them rather than assume whatever she did. Really disheartening experience to find the thing you thought you bought is actually not amongst your other purchases. Hawk eyes everyone is the lesson of the day although I really felt I was paying attention to everything. Could have been a mistake but I feel so upset I need to write this review.

First time in a TK Maxx and yes I can see why people like these stores.
Personally I found there's a good selection of items but you've got to be prepared to search for designer and correct sizes.
I did try on a couple of bits but left with only 1 purchase, the ladys on the other hand had a lot more success!
Changing rooms clean and warm.
Staff pretty helpful .
