The service I received from TJR was fantastic. I initially shopped around with other retailers, but I was still unsure what was suitable for my ensuite bathroom.Upon my second visit at TJR I met Anoop who was very helpful.i told him I didn't enjoy cleaning and I wanted a stylish low maintenance bathroom. He planned the whole bathroom for me including all the accessories which were easy to maintain.When we were having our bathroom done the shipping crisis effected delivery of certain items. Anoops communication was excellent. He kept me up to date and was also apologetic even though it wasn't his fault.The bathroom is still looking good as new a year later. The items are very high quality. I look forward to future projects with Anoop.

These people are crooks there is no guarantees I had 10 year guarantee on bath & basin mixer a week later I went back to shop I couldn't switch water off the old man said nothing has a guarantee and did nothing to help me please don't go to them order on Internet you more rights

I had issues sourcing a 1200 x 760 shower tray at very short notice and they were the only ones in east london that could get it for the next morning. Also being a complete novice, I had a myriad of questions which Noelle talked through with me post-sales. They even called the manufacturer with queries for me. Thank you.

This post is for the SEVEN KINGS BRANCH!! NOT SURE WHY IT IS UNDER THE MANOR PARK BRANCH ADDRESS. This summer ( 2021) We renovated 2 bathrooms. I, of course visited B&Q and IKEA but did not get any help in their show rooms. Eventually, my brother recommended TJR in Ilford. I was not disappointed Anoop took his time to explain why I should buy certain products, for example I needed a space saving bathtub but didn't know which one to buy. The bathtub he recommended has thin edges and fits beautifully in my small bathroom.I would definitely shop here again, I received great ongoing customer service even after the product was delivered and fitted.Definitely went the extra mile for us. Anoop was easy to get a hold of over the phone and in person. He was really patient with me and answered my queries since I don't know about bathroom suites!Well Done Anoop- Keep up the good work!Below are some photos of the items I purchased from TJR Seven Kings branch. I purchased the sink and brush gold taps from the branch as well as the matching bath taps/mixer and bathtub and wall hung toiletThe combination vanity unit is 950mm and fits nicely in our shower room just added the toilet seat and then just need to add a mirror above the vanity to finish the shower room!Finally, the radiator takes pride of place in our living room. Everyone has commented on how beautiful it is! The project is ongoing!!!

100% satisfied with TJR Seven Kings branch. Very good customer service, tailors to customer design expectations and budget, with very good options. We purchased several items from Seven Kings branch without visiting other branches as they offer quick home delivery on request and competitive prices you won't find elsewhere for that quality .We were convinced into renovate 3 bathrooms instead of one.Special mention for Mr Anoop Singh Randhawa who was available face to face or on the phone all the time for the best customer service.

I bought my whole bathroom suite and furniture from TJR Bathrooms and my experience of dealing with the staff was excellent. Anoop helped me pick and choose every element of my bathroom, and spent alot of time and effort with me to help choose the most suitable suite and furniture. Customer service was great, they have some really nice and quality items for sale, and I would definitely recommend TJR Bathrooms to family and friends.

I just got a fantastic deal without even asking for a deal, lady was friendly and chatty and got what I wanted after visiting several other outlets with nothing but disappointment
