Louis is an absolute legend. Stopped by to see if I could purchase shoe glue as my insoles were peeling off, and he wouldn?t let me pay, just offered to fix it from the kindness of his heart. Great guy to chat to as well!!! Will definitely be coming back for anything else I need in future.

Fantastic service at the Simpsons in Leadenhall Market.
I took some well loved shoes in during my lunch break. They've seen a few repairs over the years and I was worried that they were now beyond repair.
Louis quickly provided a better and stronger solution, right there in the shop, and I walked out wearing the same shoes.
I'm really happy. Louis has injected a few more years into my favourite and most comfortable shoes.

Absolutely delighted to have stumbled across this gem of a cobbler in Leadenhall Market! The gentleman running the shop was not only incredibly skilled but also one of the loveliest people I?ve come across in a long time. He fixed my shoes quickly and to such a high standard ? they honestly look better than new!
There?s something so rare and refreshing about finding someone who takes genuine pride in their craft and treats their customers with real warmth. I?ll 100% be going back here any time my shoes need some TLC. Highly, highly recommend!

I received what I will call the best customer service today from Evans at Timpson Selfridges today. I especially appreciated his warm demeanour, patience, and expert opinion regarding the choice of strap colour to the face of a watch. I left with a colour I had not gone in for initially but one that I think is the perfect choice. Thanks again ?
