I had a fantastic experience at Timpsons Chapside. Jack kindly offered to fix a bag strap of mine, which is something the store doesn?t ordinarily do. It was ready within 24 hours and he did a very neat job. Very quick and efficient, and excellent customer service. Thank you!

One of my most trusted shops in London. I have been going here for years and the the guys there (especially Jack) have been so helpful and uncomplicated every time for all different things and sometimes didn?t even charge me. I would always truely recommend them!

I recently visited the Timpson shop to have the battery of my watch replaced, and I was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service I received. I arrived just as the shop was about to close, but Jack, the staff member on duty, didn?t hesitate to help me.
Despite the time, he was welcoming, patient, and extremely supportive. He carried out the battery change quickly and professionally, making sure everything was in perfect working order before I left.
It?s rare to come across such dedication and kindness?Jack truly went above and beyond, and I left feeling genuinely appreciated as a customer. Excellent service like this deserves to be recognised. Thank you, Jack!

Be aware . A new manager Mr Ryan branch 1122. This misfit has brutally damaged my brand new very expensive watch when all I did was request of him to replace the battery. I was in utter shock when I presented the damage before him and he did not express an apology to me. He was extrodinarly careless, and to go to drastic measures, he was quite neglectful. Do not recommend if you care for your property.

I came in with 2 pairs of heels to be reheeled and a watch to resize and I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Highly skilled, efficient and accommodating. Thanks to Jack for getting it all sorted, clearly takes a lot of pride in his work too, it's no wonder he's swamped. I highly recommend

I had a couple of watches fitted with new batteries and Jack was very helpful and obviously knows his stuff. So I decided to take a couple more special watches for new batteries, one a present from my wife and the other my Dad's last watch before he passed away. In one the battery had leaked due to leaving it for a decade or so, and in the other the seal had gone. Jack was able to save the leaky battery watch and fitted a generic seal to the other to keep costs down. I was really pleased as the watches are special to me, although they are not worth a lot of money. Strongly recommended.

This is the first time I've used Timpsons for shoe repair. I decided to try it because the Church's refurbishment service has become extremely expensive. Within a week they had completely re-soled my Church's and they have done a beautiful job - I'm delighted. Exceptional customer service from the guys in the store, and great value.
