Scratched the watch lugs even when I told them to be careful. Did not return all items given - at least a dozen lug pins were provided and were not returned. Better to take watch to a specialist.

Staff is really helpful professional and polite, Can do magic especially if needed to cut keys different size;) flexible if needed to cut big bunch of keys, can leave with them and then come back in 30min and all is ready.Property Manager

They lost my favourite brogues then took many weeks finally admit it and then refused to pay the full replacement value. It?s ironic their company motto is ?great service great people? ?. That?s totally inaccurate. Terrible service and the usual corporate soulless automotrons at customer service. Always use an independent never a chain! That?s what I?ve learnt.

My shoe broke while walking to the Farringdon Station. I was headed to ABBA voyage so I was in a jam. The employee was so kind and was able to fix my shoe super quick. Saved my night!

Went to get a Yale key cut and was told I had to have a special key that'll cost £20. Paid the money because i needed it done and went to another local locksmith in the post office to get another copy of the same key done and they charged £8. Profiteering much.
