Came in around 4-45pm to ask about getting a few keys cut and the shop assistant sighed when he saw me walk through the door. He was quite rude and sarcastic in his tone so I walked out. Would recommend going elsewhere

I came into the shop after my watch had gone through the washing machine, I didn?t have much hope of its repair but Jimmy managed to get it working again! He also did a quick job of changing my strap, all in all great customer service & lovely guy to chat to.

Great and friendly service from Jimmy. Reheeled my shoes in record time - I had failed to plan ahead for a work trip but Jimmy fixed them there and then, no questions asked, and even polished them up so they look as good as new. I?ve taken shoes here before for reheeling and he always does a great job. Definitely recommended.
