Very divisive content overall

Looking at the website involves a merciless constant stream of pop up adverts that make navigating any page impossible. Once a relevant, original and trusted source of ideas and reviews, but now just a bland, over-commercialised advertisements board.

Poor customer service. Lack of remorse for actions. Slappers buy drinks for guys

Bought a sushi voucher from them and the list of food offered in the restaurant was nothing like what was being advertised. A straight-up scam.Emailed Timeout numerous times and they refused to be responsible for lying to the customers. No follow-ups regarding the matter either. Super disgusting.

How can you give Beyond The Streets exhibition 3 stars because there is ?too much? art on display. And the train graffiti the way it all started it ?meh?. Everyone I speak to loves the exhibition, Caroline Mcginn doesn?t have a clue.

I bought a sport massage voucher for my brother for Christmas from timeout but the place was entirely booked up for weeks right up until expiry so it couldn?t be used. I then tried calling (number just rings out, could only get through to reception) and emailing Timeout but I haven?t received a response and it?s been weeks now?.awful customer service.

Big fan of Timeout as a weekly magazine reader but quite dissapointed with their "events booking" service. Provided me the wrong address to a show and the customer support i got was not optimal neither. Recommend reading their magazine but not booking through them.

I work very closely with the HR and Tech team at Time Out and they're all great to work with.As a recruiter, I have placed several candidates with them and they have nothing but good words to say.

We purchased tickets for NYE and it was AWFUL and NOT as advertised! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
We purchased tickets for NYE and this was the worst experience I have ever had. It was a far cry from anything that was advertised. It was disorganised, we had to fight our way through crowds to get on to the boat. this cost £95 and we never received ANYTHING that was described.
What was advertised:
Time Boarding/Departure 20:45 - 21:00
Boarding at Crown Pier 21:00
Return to Crown Pier 00:30 - 00:45 Disembark at Crown Pier What's
Packed Supper Glass of sparkling wine reception drink Glass of sparkling wine for midnight Bar Facilities Background Music 4 Hour Sightseeing Cruise
Front row seats out of the cold away from the crowds were stated on the Time out site... of which we were no where near the front. We only had a side back view of the fireworks. We could not see all of the fireworks and were at the back of a big long line of boats, no where NEAR the front. I have photos to prove the location of this as well.
What we received was:
An hour stood in crowds in the freezing cold. With boarding not starting until 9.45pm and the boat did not leave until approx. 9.50pm.
The cruise was only 1 hour 45 minutes max.
There were NO drinks
NO supper
and the view was a side, limited back view of the fireworks. NOT the front row seats described.
There was NO background music
I also have an email stating that they had sorted all the music for the cruise as I offered to provide music if they needed it (in advance).
The staff were rude, unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue on the boat even when I showed them what had been advertised.
It was an awful experience and a far cry from the description on their website. It is your responsibility to make sure people that you partner with are reputable companies and not fraudsters.
I hope this can be resolved asap.

Iâ??ll be editing this review later but we purchased a more than $100 per person cruise for New Years. Promised free drinks, music, etc. This event was a total fraud. This company took our money and didnâ??t care once they made the sale. Iâ??ll be encouraging all patrons on this event to participate in a lawsuit against this company.

Time Out is a horrible company. Purchased a digital subscription in August 2016 for 1 year. The ios app refuses to honor the subscriptions asks again to pay for each issue again. Issues that were previously downloaded to ipad are now required to pay again to read the magazines again. This company is refusing to respond to emails.
