Welcoming team with very helpful insights. Communication was effectively put in place, especially with delivery on such a big order.The team catered coffee onsite for browsing which tasted better than store brought and enhanced my mums experience with them.The customer service was absolutely amazing, any queries we had were answered and so was any rescheduling for delivery. Additionally the staff members were patient with me and my mum when it took us hours upon deciding a colour especially when it came to matching: grout, trims, faucets etc.The team was very flexible and have gone above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Would definitely recommend this tile shop for their quality of goods and interactions with customers.
